We'll start with the Single miniature category... ![]() Sunny Bundengaard's Hasslefree Kaidlin The superb work and effort that made her stand out had caught the eye of more than one Judge, I myself particularly like the use of different tones to shade the white and bring definition to the overall miniature. A superb piece and deserving of the title of Single mini champion for 2006! ![]() Docitalicius' GW Fanatic Eldar Ranger A wonderfully evocative miniature with fantastic detail work and an over all atmosphere that just made it the choice for first place, with crisp and clean painting the eldar miniature looks haughty yet sombre. If you didnt win this year dont worry! A random few will be getting a small prize pack as a thank you for entering which will include resin bases and a few figures. I'd like to thank everyone who's made the competition happen this year which not only includes the sponsors but the entrants themselves, the level of entries and the response was awesome, and I can only appologize for the wait. Thanks again and see you all again in 2007! | | Send To Friend

I've updated the competition page with new rules as we have dropped the rule that stops you posting your images anywhere else. We also have a new sponsor in the form of Reaper Miniatures who are donating some prizes for the prize pot. Were very grateful for all our sponsors help :D | | Send To Friend

In other news we have another sponsor for our fine competition and its those wonderful people over at Wyrd Games(check their link out through the competition page as I'll be adding them to the main links later) who have got some very very nice warped minis there. A big thank-you goes out to them! I'll update again before the weeks out! | | Send To Friend
Yes as you've probably already seen in the competition page we have more sponsors for the 2nd EVER Mad McGobbo Pro-Am Painting Competition!! The wonderful people at Crunch-Waffle and Ground Forge have offered to donate prize support for you lot to win, which is great. I'd like to say thank you to all our sponsors for their generousity and support. Now the competition will begin on the 7th April so you have a nice ammount of time before the competition officially opens to get the brushes out. Please remember that there will be more sub categories from our sponsors so its a good reason to buy one or two of their miniatures and get them entered so you can have a chance to win their "best of" :D So as i'm saying everywhere, get the paints out, brushes ready and miniatures primed! I'm looking forwards to seeing your miniatures ;) | | Send To Friend Next >>> |
